My blood glucose goals
Below is a table of blood glucose ranges that my doctor and I have agreed on as my “goals” throughout the day.

| Fasting (first thing in the morning) | 75-105 |
| before meals | 80-120 |
| one hour after meals | below 160 |
| two hours after meals | below 140 |
| bedtime | 100-140 |
| during exercise | 100-140 |
These numbers work for me, but every person with diabetes is a little different, so if you have diabetes, check with your doctor.
