My 11-year-old son came home a little disturbed yesterday with the news that the girl who sits next to him in class was hospitalized with her diabetes. I told him about you and the Dream Tour; I think he found a lot of solice in realizing that diabetes is something that can be managed and one can still achieve great things while living with the disease.
