Pat and I took a walk this evening with my parents. We walked through the Linnaeus Arboretum just next to the Gustavus Adolphus College campus.
A few years ago, my brothers and I made a donation to Gustavus Adolphus College in honor of the fiftieth wedding anniversary of my parents. We asked for a tree in the Linnaeus Arboretum to be dedicated in their honor. Our walk this evening took us right by that tree. This is the first time Pat and I had seen the tree and plaque firsthand.
