Story about The Dream Tour in the Worcester Telegram
This evening, I received an email from a person with type 1 diabetes who said she had read a story about me in the Worcester Telegram newspaper. She said that I had inspired her by making her realize that she wasn’t alone and that there were others out there who can relate to the struggles she had been experiencing. To know that I helped her in some way make this whole trip — every mile of the 10,000 — worthwhile!

Thanks for the response. I owe my acceptance to God really. You definetly have inspired me to dream big. Maybe one day I can publish a book I’m writing. It’s about coming out a depression caused by diabetes and then looking back on the events that influenced them and changed them. It’s the non-fiction story of my life. Anyways hopefully i can contribute in some way to this society and maybe inspire someone as you have done for me. You are showing people how you see the world and that they can dream, so I will dream on.
